Prints Regent Limited is an online printer based near Eastbourne, East Sussex. As well as the usual suspects such as business cards, leaflets, flyers, letterheads, brochures, posters and banners, we also supply a full range of promotional and marketing materials, such as pens and pencils, clothing, exhibition displays and counters, beach flags and many more. Then we have a range of gift items, such as advent calendars, jigsaw puzzles, canvas prints, greetings cards and wine boxes.

Each item can be branded with your logo and/or message, and usually we have a variety of styles available depending on your specific need. All of which can be ordered through our ProPrintShop. A random selection of which are shown below.

What is the ProPrintShop?


Introduction


We are delighted to announce our new online printing store, which we call the ProPrintShop (PPS). It's actually two websites, one designed for desktop computers, and a more compact version for mobile devices. Your device will automatically switch the to correct site, and all products are available for both.

On the subject of products, we have a much larger selection than we've ever displayed, including items you probably had no idea we produce. You will see that we have included a multitude of options to cover the most popular requests, such as paper sizes, paper grades, colour options, finishing options and so much more. It's an exhaustive choice.

In order to facilitate these options, we have automated as much as possible, and built it into the website. When browsing the products, you will see that there are often multiple delivery dates to choose from.


Can I supply my own artwork?


Good printing requires co-operation. We can only produce a professional job if you provide us with professional artwork in the format we request. Our automated system will alert you if there are any issues with your artwork. You will have the opportunity to correct the artwork yourself, go ahead with your artwork anyway, or ask us to put things right. There will be a small additional fee to correct the simpler issues in the factory.

For larger issues that the factory cannot put right, our specialist in-house artwork team will endeavour to pull your file apart, but this is a more time consuming and costly process. Visit our Artwork page for pricing.

To meet your planned delivery date, please ensure your print-ready artwork has been uploaded by 10am. If there is a delay in receiving your correct artwork, there may be a delay in producing and delivering your order.


What if you are creating the artwork for me?


When making your order on the PPS, you have the option to upload the artwork at a later date. If you wish to have the print-ready file, you can log into your account by clicking here (Administration > Data upload), and select your order from the list (if you have more than one current order). Choose your file, upload, and check the online proof.

Alternatively, we can upload it to your account from our workflow.


Do you have any templates I can use?


Certain products on the PPS have a basic online design package that can be used. To access the design suite, click on the menu icon in the top right of the PPS screen.

The menu expands, and as you scroll down the list of products, you will see Calculate | Create | View displayed on the right hand side. If we have a template available for the product, it can be accessed by clicking on Create.

Just to reiterate, this is a simple solution to produce a design. You can upload your own images, display rulers and a grid, select colours and fonts.

What is your artwork specification?


We use different equipment and process for the different products. When viewing the product you require, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the view factsheet button. This will point you in the right direction.

Your pricing is so confusing!


For comparative pricing, we display the product and delivery pricing separately, and both of which with and without VAT, to cater for private and business users. However, you can change the display to suit your preference, by clicking Change price display located under the item's price.

Your own private online print catalogue


Whereas the ProPrintShop is an online store catering for as many needs as necessary in one convenient location, businesses may prefer to have their own private online catalogue of products. The benefits of this are:

  • Exclusivity, and making it easier to select the right product
  • No need to upload artwork, as each product is your own artwork
  • Consistency with your branding guidelines
  • Exclusive pricing for your organisation
  • Fixed templates to ensure you are ordering the same product as before which you know meets with branding guidelines
  • Editable templates to amend or create new artwork and targeted marketing, which follow your branding guidelines
  • Separate logins for individual users/departments or generic login for all users to check orders and status
Any product we print for you can be added to your own web-to-print catalogue, free of charge, as a static (fixed) product for future re-ordering. There may be a small fee for adding artwork we have not seen before and for creating editable templates. Please contact us to learn more.
